The absolute worst office staff... so bad and so rude I never even made it to my first appointment. #1 my appointment was for 6 pm. They then wanted to change it to 3:30 at the latest because they "wanted to go home early" I presume they had no patients between 3:30 and 6. I had another appointment at that time and we agreed on 4:30. I started reading reviews and other reviewers complaining that they were overcharges or charged double. I have good insurance and I do not allow my credit card info to be kept on file. I am happy to pay at the time of the appointment but not keep my card on file. A reputable practice told me they do not keep credit card information on file-- that there are both security risks and HIPAA related issues. When I called up to inquire about their billing practices they told me to go elsewhere. SO RUDE ! ! !

All around Fantastic care from the prompt and polite reception when calling to the professional, knowledgeable and complete care that Dr Dellosso provides. Simply put the guy knows his trade. His years of medical practice should provide all with a high level of confidence in his care.
