Excellent & professional medical treatment to the patients, who're embarked on the GI procedures: endoscopy, colonoscopy- irritable bowel syndrome & colon screening to detecting suspicious "polyps & colon cancer detection respectively.

This review is for Covid19 precautions taken to enter building for appointments. You will be asked to use sanitizer then you will be directed to tables. You then will be asked for name, date of birth, appointment time and whom you are there to see and what floor is your appointment. Your temperature will be scanned. 4 people are allowed per elevator. Once you enter your doctor's area you will check in with receptionist. Waiting area was empty when I arrived I was there only patient. Sitting area is marked and separated to allow social distancing. All areas are clean and looks as if all precautions are taken for safety. Impressed and grateful.

All my physicians are based here. I have been coming here for over 5 years. NEVER have I had one of those 6 to 8 hour waiting times I hear about in other hospitals or clinics. ALL staff proficient, friendly and professional. Even though I am well aware I am seeing a resident, I've yet to have a negative experience. When it is their time to move on their follow-up is excellent.

I had my first visit with Dr. Latina last week at the Mount Sinai PCP clinic. She is a third year resident at Mount Sinai hospital. In my opinion she is in the beginning of what will be a very successful medical career. Very attentive and knowledgeable, friendly personality, and Mount Sinai is very choosy about residents

I have tried unsucessfully to see a doctor here for 8 months. Appts for many months later are not honored because now they are confused about insurances even though i have the doctor's name on my insurance as pcp. Get the pcp changed, their new pcp wont take new patients. Get changed again, call them, oh sorry, we are not making appts as something is going on with something. GREAT! Why dont you put a "please go die of your diseases because we hate you sign on your door!" And the staff will unapologetically hang up in your face while you try to explain you need to see a doctor.
