Our newborn son had been to multiple pediatricians in this practice and we were not happy with the care he had been receiving and finally we came across Dr. Elias and he was incredible! The perfect combination of patient, kind, thorough, and knowledgeable. He truly cared for our son and we are forever grateful. We also really loved Dr. Amanda Kravitz who he saw one weekend while sick but she’s not regularly at this site. Also an all star physician!

My son is a patient of Dr. Flowers, WHO IS AMAZING. This review is on the practice. I picked up my son from school at 3PM and called the practice right away because he was VERY sick (he is 2). We switched new insurances in the new year so they focused on making sure we were covered (we were) and had me on hold for an hour while I stood outside of the office begging them to get me an apt with a doctor. My son has chronic conditions including reactive airway disease and I wanted him to see a PEDIATRICIAN. After all of the waiting, they suggested I go to urgent care or come back in the morning. Urgent care isn’t made for kids. They confirmed he has an ear infection and some virus but the panel won’t comeback for up to 2 days. It’s now 4am, he has stomach retractions for over 8 hours, albuterol isn’t working and maybe if the doctors office squeezed us in today for my 2 year old, we would at least know what virus we’re dealing with and how to best work with it so I don’t need to consider going to the hospital. I am so disgusted by the service and how they wouldn’t squeeze us in for such an emergency when I was standing right there. DO BETTER FOR OUR YOUNG CHILDREN!!!!!!!!!
