The four staff members I engaged with were deliberate, kind, and clear. I experienced none of the confusion that another reviewer referred to. I was in and out fast and my doctor had the results within hours. As for the sounds and the tight environment, woohee! The hulking egg is one part sensory depravation tank, one part electronic music festival. Come for the diagnostics, stay for the meditation on consciousness.

Very Unprofessional. They are confused, disorganized and truly do not know their own procedures. I have had dozens of tests in my life, never have I been so disappointed, frustrated and after all that they could not help me due to their own disorganization. I am going today back to 1305 york Ave for a professional MRI. Please avoid this location. There are many others that will accommodate you professionally. Donna Sabatino
