The front desk staff were extremely cold and unprofessional. My family and I have all had our eyes treated here before. Dr. Liao treats patients as if they were criminals. He is unwilling to explain or answer any questions related to the eyes. Every time we leave after seeing him, we are in a very bad mood 😭
