First visit. My insurance had not been properly processed and reception could easily have sent me home to start again and reschedule . Instead, the receptionist Jah made several phone calls, spoke with my provider and my insurance company, expedited authorization and rescheduled my appointment for the same afternoon. Dr.Derersari was excellent. Took time to explain options, and helped me chose a plan that I was happy with and I left informed, comforted and totally satisfied. One of the most positive experiences I've encountered.
