I truly will never refer any of my patients here again. They can't get there stuff together. I have been waiting over a month for my contacts to be mailed to them for me to pick up. They REFUSED TO GIVE ME MY PERSCRIPTION IF I DID NOT MAKE AND AFTERCARE APPOINTMENT WITH THEM. I DID AND STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANYTHING YET.

Customer service are very rude. They do not greet you upon arrival. They look at you with disgust. The eye doctor in the back is rude and not kid friendly. He also rushed you and feels like your questions are a bother to him. I ordered a frame that wasn't covered by insurance and when my glasses came the bifocals were too high. They refuse to do anything about it. I will not be going there anymore. There is an optical on Beach 116 Street. Their service is a lot better and they are more professional.
