All the front desk receptionist are lazy, rude and unprofessional. They act like they were raised by wolves. They are so uncouth and miserable. The clinic went from 5 doctors to one. When Dr. Uy and Dr. Chan were there that place ran immaculately. I went there since my son was born that’s 25 years ago. I bet Dr. Uy must be so disgusted hearing about all the negative comments about this clinic. I was taking my daughter there up until 4 years ago. My last encounter with the staff was horrific. And the positive messages on here are from the staff giving the clinic 5’s

Place serves no purpose. It was my daughters doctor since we moved to NY. Dr. Uy was awesome but he retired. Ever since then it’s been down hill. There is one receptionist here that I just rather not go inside if she’s helping BECAUSE SHES ACTIVELY TRYING NOT TO HELP ANYONE. They don’t call you with any test results and don’t accommodate when you walk in for the results. Appointments are scheduled months out so good luck if you need anything immediately. Oh and be sure to request all copies of records before you leave your appointment even if you have to wait because if you need a copy later they will either give you a copy for $5 on the spot OR STILL CHARGE YOU $5 AND TELL YOU THEY WILL BE READY IN 2 WEEKS. This is all dependent on the mood of the front desk receptionist that week. If I could put zero stars here I would. Also, they have no digital records system. Get with the times. I’m changing doctors today.
