I had an appointment yesterday at Parkchester Medical with my father, and the experience was very disappointing. The wait time was extremely long. We have been patients there for about 5 years, and unfortunately, we keep having the same bad experiences. The doctors are nice, but most of the staff do not seem helpful. The only staff member who usually tries to help is the tall Hispanic guy with curly hair, but he wasn’t even there. They really need to improve customer service, cleanliness, and wait times.

My grandmother Adela is very happy and satisfied with the services especially with the attention of Nicole Jewelz. Thank you for making her feel comfortable.
