I would like to sincerely thank my doctor for being extremely professional, kind, and caring. I have been under his care for several years, and he has always taken excellent care of my hands and overall health. He listens carefully, follows up consistently, and truly puts his patients first. He is not only a highly skilled and knowledgeable doctor, but also a compassionate and respectful person who genuinely cares about his patients. Originally when I first visited Doctor Patel’s office there was a clerical / communication error which led to me to not be seen which put a damper in my day as I was still in pain . The doctor personally gave me a call the same day and was extremely kind & apologetic for the mishap. He personally opened/came to his practice on a weekend to see me. Not only did he go above and beyond in this aspect but didn’t take any out of pocket cost despite not taking my insurance. I was beyond grateful for Doctor Patel, his guidance with my injury and the handling of the entire situation. If I could give ten stars I would, this Doctor genuinely cares about patients and not money. I highly recommend Dr. Patel for any issues and or pain.
