⭐⭐⭐⭐ Stars | Fantastic Medical Care, But Pre-Visit Paperwork Needs Streamlining The medical care here is absolutely top-notch, but the intake process could definitely use some refinement. Before my visit, I received an incredible amount of emails and text messages prompting me to enter tons of information online. Despite completing all of it ahead of time, I still had to fill out more forms, including some of the exact same information as soon as I walked in. It felt completely unnecessary and redundant. That being said, once I got past the front desk, everything else was fantastic. The receptionist was pleasant, wait times were short, and the actual visit and exam were flawless. The real star of the practice is Dr. Brian Dawson. As an endurance athlete, triathlete, and runner with two major races coming up, I was having some frustrating issues with my toenails. Dr. Dawson perfectly diagnosed the problem, provided an immediate on-site remedy, and prescribed a clear treatment plan to keep my training on track. He genuinely understands the unique needs of athletes. I am very happy with the results, will definitely be back, and highly recommend Dr. Dawson—just be prepared to fill out duplicate paperwork before you see him!
