I have been very pleased with how compassionate the nurses, aides and therapists are with my step mother. They try their best to help the patient. Our coordinator, was extremely helpful and understanding. My experience with her was excellent. She took the time to meet with us and put our mind at ease. I would have given 5 stars, however, I did feel the bathroom could be cleaned a little better. But overall our experience was positive.

I like that once I got in the back I was greeted immediately with a smile. One of the aides Spoke to my dad using his name, adding Mr to it and told him happy birthday. She said she would have to sing to him now. I also like that one of the aides Came in to check on my dad, he was singing, she joined in and sang with him
