A few years back, I went in there because the frame of my glasses was out of alignment after I unintentionally slept on them. I don't know his name but it was a young Spanish-speaking man who asked if he could help. I explained, and he went in the back and made the correction. I asked how much, and he said no charge. He never asked if I had purchased them there or tried to get me to purchase another frame. He was very professional and understanding. I would recommend this place to anyone. Kudos to the staff here!.
