I went there for a medical examination and the receptionist/staff Sharon is exceptionally organized, efficient, and kind. She fit me into Dr. Gray's schedule within a week of my call, and also helped me schedule my blood work prior to seeing him. By contrast, the staff at the five clinics I called prior to this one either did not pick up, or didn't have appointments until 1-3 months later. During the in-person visit, Sharon guided me to fill out the forms and I received my letter at the end of the visit. The process was smooth and efficient. So rare to meet an office staff who goes above and beyond for her patients.
