I have been holding off to write this review and at the same time no one deserves to be a victim of malpractice. We are talking about people's health and eyesight is a very important part of anyone's health. Back in 2024, I came to the doctor for having constant pain at night from the injury I incurred in my right eye. She used several expensive treatment options, which I don't even remember the names of, that did not help. I would wake up in pain at night and come back to her and would be charged for an emergency visit as well. I woke up one morning in such a terrible pain I couldn't even open my eye. My wife had to drive and then walk me like a blind man to OCLI vision, Dr. Harry Koster. It turned out my injured eye wouldn't heal and everything she was doing was not helpful. They had to do a procedure to remove the damaged layer that was flipping back and forth and causing the damage and let it heal. It took me about 2 weeks after that to completely forget about the pain. Now I am managing it just by using sodium chloride ointment every night to remove the moisture that can swell the eye from REM sleep. What pissed me off even more is to get a call from her office after 2 years from obviously not going back to her and asking me about my expericene and offering me a follow up visit. It is ok not to be an expert in eye injury but what is NOT ok is to gamble with patients health when you don't know something or are unsure of. Just refer them to someone who specializes in it or just say that this is not your area of expertise.
