Edit: I just came in for tests last month that I mentioned I need for my therapist/ and psychotherapy. I called and emailed and they are WITHHOLDING my medical records. How is this legal? Nurse or Receptionist I spoke to refused to let me speak to the doctor and also refused to answer any of my questions. Extremely unprofessional. Dr. Valmond is very knowledgeable, professional and listens to all your concerns. The nurses are very friendly, enthusiastic and make you feel comfortable. On my first visit we completed all my bloodwork, EKG and a couple other tests. I feel like a lot gets done there as opposed to other doctors where processes can be more dragged out. I was on the fence with giving 4 stars because the front desk staff can be a bit dismissive and after signing in, I was still waiting an hour because they never told the sonographer or nurses that I had arrived. But the nurses and doctor definitely deserve 5 stars. I also like that this office can usually get you in for same week appointments.

This Doctor office is the worst my best friend referred me. First of all the front desk leaves people private document out for all to see, I have seen several people x-ray request just laying on the outer table by the two dummy receptionists waiting for people to continue out from the back. The receptionist also talks about patient Spanish but she didn't realize that I''m fluent Spanish and could understand what they where talking about. I also observed his business partner gossiping with the reception about patient and their medical condition. the wait time is terrible they gave me a 12:30 pm appointment the Doctor didn't walk in until 2pm-2:15pm when as the receptionist and business partner they just look annoyed that I ask. Oh the receptionist will tell you that the nurse will come in see you but they're are no nurses that work there but medical assistant. The medical assistant are really nice Mildred was very respectful and so was Joanne. The doctor is very professional and thorough. he talk me through his order and example my prescriptions to me. I was satisfied with him. I can even give this client 1 star with the behavior of this front desk bring it to 0. I want to report this doctor office I have picture and audio recording of what happen but my friend begged me not to because this is their doctor and they highly respect Dr. Valmond. They have to do better if they want to see and my kids again. No I would refer anyone to this clinic.
