The staff is incredibly friendly HOWEVER, everything else I've had a terrible experience with. Wait times are out of control. Regardless of your appointment, you will be waiting at least 2 hours. They wont give you test results over the phone (many doctors do) so you have to come in, wait their long wait times just to spend 5 mins getting a test result, and will still get billed in the end. Getting prescriptions is horrible. Pharmacies have never been able to get in contact with the doctor to update or transfer my prescriptions (even after multiple attempts) and when I call nothing ever gets done. I have to physically go in, wait another 2 hours, and watch the doctor put in the prescription to verify its getting sent. I've also been charged the wrong amounts because someone coded my procedures incorrectly and had to deal with insurance refunding me. Completely unprofessional. Only stayed here since it was so close to my apartment but happy to be going to somewhere far more professional.
