“Caroline was very compassionate and empathetic. She provided me with valuable knowledge and support.” I also wanted to add my experience with another provider. I really went back and forth about writing this review, but my experience with Dr. Noel during my last visit was very disappointing. I did not feel heard, supported, or treated with empathy or compassion. The interaction left me extremely distressed — I cried for a week, couldn’t sleep, and barely ate lost 8 pounds. This was especially difficult for me because I deeply value and intentionally support Black healthcare providers. Unfortunately, in this situation, I felt let down. Based on my experience, I would not recommend Dr. Noel.

I had such a great experience with Lindsay Carleton. From the moment she walked in, she made me feel at ease. She was kind, attentive, and took her time listening to my concerns without ever making me feel rushed. I appreciated how clearly she explained everything and how gentle and professional she was throughout the entire visit. It’s rare to find a provider who makes you feel both cared for and confident in their expertise. I’m so glad I found her and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a compassionate and knowledgeable GYN.
