Service is getting worse and worse, it is not about the patient anymore. It is all about ripping off people. We had an appointment but unfortunately my wife got up sick with fever and when we called to reschedule , they wanted to charge us 50 dollars for rescheduling. I asked for office manager who was unprofessional and nasty. She hang up a phone on me while I was still talking. Now they lost a client of 16 years over $50. I hope it is worth.

I don’t leave negative reviews, but it’s been two years and I still regret walking into this place. The dentist who works on Wednesdays told me I have a speck on my front tooth and at some point that speck may get bigger. She said she can fill it in to make it more secure. The spec was extremely tiny and was not noticeable, no other dentist ever mentioned it. I should have know better, I should have asked questions. I agreed without understanding. She grabbed a drill and started to grind into my perfect front tooth. Made a huge hole, filled it in with a horrible match and then grinded my tooth down to the point it’s significantly shorter than the other front tooth. Every time I feel that tooth w my tongue I feel horrible. I have made many mistakes, trusting her will always be a big one.
