This orthodontics practice it’s one of the best for many reasons. Let me go back in time, as an adult that needed to get braces due to health reasons, the whole process sounded scary and quite frankly painful beforehand, so my husband highly recommended Dr Lopatkin and his staff because they have done work for family members before with total success. I became a patient of them for over two years since my treatment started. Dr Lopatkin was extremely knowledgeable and did a great job with me and all the team were extremely nice & helpful. I knew it was a lot adjusting and work to be done to my teeth, they worked with me helping me in every way possible. The staff was very friendly and reliable particularly Jenny, she was one of the assistants at the time, she was extraordinary, she explained all the details from the beginning, she worked with me from day one to make me feel at ease and comfortable, she was always kind, she helped me many times when something came up along the process, she guided me properly and she always made sure I was giving the proper care and for what I witnessed she did the same with the other patients as well. Jenny is an asset to the place. Overall my experience as an adult having braces was worth it, even thought sometimes it was little painful( during adjustments) but Dr Lopatkin, Jenny and the rest of the team helped me to navigate each phase the best way possible. After all the efforts from everyone involved, we finally achieved our goal: The proper alignment of my teeth that consciously boosted my confidence and allowed me to smile even more and the best, I was able to chew without a problem improving my overall health. They did a great job with proper results. Thank you for EVERYTHING you guys did during my process from day one to the last day at your practice.
