I know they probably thought I forgot, but I never will. The care I received from Michelle Mendez, Jahniya Russell, Shaquanna Broxton, and Kiarra Williams was unforgettable. After having my appointment canceled twice, I finally got a same-day visit. From the moment I arrived, everyone showed courtesy, care, kindness, and patience. The chest X-ray and mammogram technician was so gentle and took her time, making me feel comfortable, especially after a bad experience in the past with a different facility that bruised my arm. They answered all my questions, calmed my nerves, and treated me with genuine compassion. I’ll never forget that level of care. Thank you for restoring my peace and reminding me what true professionalism feels like.

There aren’t enough words to fully describe Dr. Diana Ramirez. As a professional, she embodies the most valuable qualities a doctor can have: her level of care and attention to her patients is truly impeccable. And as a person, she is an exceptional human being. I would even say it’s almost hard to believe that professionals and individuals like her still exist today.
