My wife just gave birth last week and our experience with the staff was amazing! Everybody is so nice in the maternity department. They are such a great team and show compassion to all of the patients. Thank you very much! I am so happy everything was beyond positive!

Very disappointed with my experience at this hospital. I brought my 22-month-old son to the emergency room with a 104°F fever that was not coming down with Tylenol or Motrin, and he was also vomiting. After arriving, we were placed in a room with two sick adults and waited over an hour before anyone assessed him. Despite having a young child with a very high fever, there seemed to be no sense of urgency. When a nurse finally came in, she said she couldn’t tell if he had an ear infection because his ear was blocked with wax and suggested I follow up with his pediatrician. I was left wondering why I came to the hospital if I was just going to be told to see his doctor. I was told he would be given Tylenol and Motrin, but after waiting another two hours, no one came back with the medication. I could have continued giving Tylenol and Motrin at home. The main reason I came to this hospital was because his pediatrician is affiliated with it, but after this experience, I would not choose it again. The facility appeared unclean, communication was poor, and I did not feel that my child received the level of care and attention he deserved.
