The office staff is unbelievable. They called to move back my appointment by a month. I was agreeable but made it clear I needed insulin. I would not make it. So several days later I end up spending hours trying to get a script. No one would help. The last person was so traumatizing. He said I needed pump supplies. Well I contacted my pump trainer. She is the one that got a message to the doctor. The next day I receive a call from the office manager. Telling me off. No apology. I wasn't nice to her employees. Called to much. I needed supplies. Office manager and her employees need replaced immediately but I realize this how tgmg runs. Administration is okay with it. They also use it as a way to remove complex patients. I ONLY WANTED INSULIN. If the first person did her job all the rest wouldn't have happened.

Wow! I am so blown away by the amazing level of service I received from Leneisha. She was professional, courteous, and so human. Her assistance was natural and not forced. She greeted me when I walked in, she helped check me in, canceled an appointment and helped me with setting an appointment to establish with a new provider. I appreciate her so much. Thank you so much for making me believe that there are still helpful people in the medical field.
