The front desk girl Michelle is very nasty and unprofessional. She has NO RESPECT FOR THE PATIENTS, how is she the face of the office. The way she talks to the patients left me flabbergasted. Even on the phone she was nasty to who ever she was speaking to. Seriously how does she still have a job? By the way I wouldn't be writing this review if I didnt observe this behavior on multiple occasions. It's every time I have an appt. I don't even feel comfortable approaching her to check in, or to check out. I wouldn't have someone of her character as the face of my office. I love my doctor but Michelle seriously has me reconsidering.
