*Please be advised there is a detailed review following the synopsis.* Synopsis: Trust Women’s Health (Deer Park) is a great practice. The entire staff is kind, welcoming, knowledgeable and attentive! If you are looking for a trusted practice look no further! I had my first appointment and was blown away by my experience, but wanted to wait until I had a follow up to ensure it wasn’t just first time patient treatment. Now that the follow up has been complete here is my most honest opinion. On my initial visit I was greeted walking in by the receptionist. Checking in was extremely simple. Check in and forms were located on the iPad and took maybe three minutes. Following that the wait to be seen was short. I was taken to the back, vitals and instructions given then another short wait for the doctor. Dr. Peggy came in once I was ready and ACTUALLY LISTENED AND SPOKE TO ME. She asked about my concerns, gave me insight on feelings I had and thoroughly explained. Let me just say I’ve gone to plenty doctors and I never felt as heard and seen as I did going to Dr. Peggy at Trust Women’s Health (Deer Park). Now fast forward to my follow up. It was just as good of an experience, the woman that did my ultrasound (I apologize I can’t recall her name at the moment) was extremely kind, communicative of all she was doing and we even bonded over both of us enjoying to read. After I spoke with the doc again to go over all my tests. Again the doctor made me feel extremely comfortable and confident that I am finally in good hands. We came up with a plan to address all of my concerns and I am more the confident that after years of no answers I finally will be able to get my health on track.
