Bad front desk customer service I had come twice to this place. The doctors are good but they hired the most rude mature women at the front desk I have ever seen. Today 2/3/26 by 9AM I was leaving the office and the roofer blocked my car. I went looking for help, with not sympathy by this mature woman reddish brown hair said is nothing she can do, even she sent a message (which it looks like she can do) she said it was not her problem. My first visit was in the second floor another person with not customer service at all. I do not understand why they go to work if the know that they have to talk with people of all kind, I’m not 80 but I’m in the same age as them As I saw the one from downstairs treating good the 80 years old man And right back rolled her eyes to me and Said is not my problem !!! The doctors don’t know what is going on outside their offices? Why they cannot hire woman with manners and compassion? That’s not what medicine is? Sympathy ❤️‍🩹 for others regardless of age, race, religion or gender Good luck to those ones that are being treated good. That’s was not for me!!!

I called to make an appointment for my mother and spoke with someone named Mark. I was trying to understand what options were available and whether there was any way to get her a sooner appointment. Instead of helping or offering any guidance, he repeatedly avoided answering my questions and redirected the conversation. His tone was unpleasant throughout the call and became loud at times, which made the interaction even more frustrating. Overall, I found the experience very unprofessional and I had to ask to speak with someone higher than him in order to help me, which should not have been necessary in the first place
