I really dislike doing these things but i had to.. it’s been weeks and i been waiting for a letter. Simple small letter for my physical threapy. Called I would say 5 times in two weeks. Receptionist said they put it in all those times and will get back to me. I had to be very persistent cause no one got back to me. So today I went and try to pick it up instead cause for some reason I needed to fill out a form to have this letter sent to my email.. ridiculous. I decide to pick it up and now they tell me that they don’t have any letter. Now I’m a very nice person and I don’t like to cause a scene but I clearly see this place is playing games and taking advantage. So they go check see what’s that about. I’m waiting 30 min without realizing. And they seem like they wasn’t even working on my letter nothing until I spoke up and said what’s going on. I love the doctor, doctor Lin but I don’t know if I can deal with that non sense again. Also I had a phone call with someone saying that they emailed it to me and another person talking about a form before email. Make it make sense.
