Very disappointing experience with this pediatric service. They do not consider real-life situations with children, such as a baby crying or small delays on the way. Even a 10–15 minute delay is not accepted. There was no phone call or attempt to confirm if we were coming or running late. Instead, my appointment was cancelled without any notice, which is very unprofessional for a pediatric clinic. As a service for children, more understanding and communication is expected. Overall, very poor experience.

One of the smoothest processes iv witnessed when it comes to babies and doctors. The wait time at the reception was minimal almost zero, we dint have to wait on other patients to finish before doctor could see us. We were seen exactly at our appointment time. Doctor was so clear and precise in answering our questions and suggesting the proper medications and procedures. So glad to have changed my baby’s paediatrician to Dr Tommy Galanis.
