Advanced Pediatrics PC

This office deserves less than 1 star. The receptionists have a horrible snarky attitude every time I have gone in here. They are not helpful and are very unclear about what they need the patient to do, on top of that, the Doctor lied about what he told me on the phone. They never go by appointments either, horrible office and very unprofessional do not come here.

I've been bringing my two daughters since they were about 9 yrs old. The staff is very helpful and accommodate our appointnents to our schedule needs. The doctors are caring and are great about following if I request a phone call regarding any health concerns. We are very happy to have Dr. Sabogal and Dr. Montevirgen as our pediatricians!

I have to leave on the review after today’s appointment with my kid. My son was having we are breathing and a croup cough. My son is too. Dr Sabogal did not let me leave without my child until my child was stable. He even gave me a number where I could contact him if anything happens to Him he was very, very helpful and so was the other nurse who was helping I truly appreciate this clinic and I always recommend them! Horrible experience. I had an appointment at 1:45 so I Decided to arrive at 1:30 . Unfortunately there was no Greeting, just a paper with a pen to sign in. Where is the hospitality now ? Zero Customer service. I told her we have an appointment she says”well you’re going to have to wait” so I waited to see a nurse after 1 hour she says “why are you here”? My thought is if I am at a professional office you would know why I am here. This team needs more structure ! The employees are rude unfortunately more clients need to speak up. To be honest working for the public is hard and if you’re not built for it please choose a different profession. The Doctor was Nice but the staff needs change! Wow I was able to leave at 3:33

So I came for my daughter’s appointment at 1:15 PM, and we didn’t leave until 3:20 PM. My daughter has been seeing this doctor since she was born, and over the years the care has always been great and very attentive. I’ve never experienced anything like this before. The problem is not the doctor it’s the receptionists he currently has. The two receptionist's had a bad attitude (one with blonde hair and the other with very long black hair). When I asked how much longer the wait would be, after already waiting two hours, they were not helpful at all. If it wasn’t for the medical assistant, a young man who finally spoke with me, no one would have paid attention to me. This experience was very disappointing because the doctor has always been great, but the front desk staff really needs improvement.
