My friend recommended this office to get a typhoid vaccine. I called ahead to ask for the price, which was clearly stated, and I paid it right after my visit. Later, I received another bill charging me again for the vaccine and for a (!) “travel consultation,” which I never asked for or agreed to. It honestly feels like a scam. Their office manager (I don’t remember his name) was very rude on the phone and even threatened to send the bill to a collection agency. Extremely unprofessional and disappointing. I had actually been considering coming back before this experience with the office manager and the unexpected services and bills, but not anymore. That was my first and last visit to the clinic.

Wow. I cannot say enough great things about this practice. It feels like going back in time and getting to really sit down and talk to doctors that care and are knowledgeable. First the front desk staff is always helpful and always trying to find the earliest time for me to see the doctor. I have seen 3 or the 4 doctors that work there and each one is incredible. I cant decide my favorite. And they all take the time to sit down with my, go through my issues and help me as best as possible. I feel really lucky having found this practice. I cant say enough great things about it! Thanks Todd and staff!
