This business deserves less than 1 star. My mother and I had a very disappointing experience at Today Smiles Dental. The staff was extremely unprofessional and showed little consideration for an elderly patient. While my mother was in the dental chair being examined, her glasses had been removed. Despite clearly knowing that she could not see, a staff member attempted to place a form in front of her to sign. She was expected to sign it without being able to read what it said, which I found very concerning. When I questioned it, they threaten to not provide her service. Shortly afterward, they asked her to get up for an X-ray while the exam chair was still fully reclined. They could see she was struggling to sit up, yet no one made an effort to raise the chair or assist her. It was uncomfortable to watch and felt very dismissive of her needs as an older patient. When I politely voiced my concern about how she was being treated, I was asked to leave the room and go back to the waiting area instead of having the issue addressed. Overall, the experience lacked basic courtesy, professionalism, and care for patient comfort. Unfortunately, this was the worst dental experience we’ve had, and we will not be returning.
