Update: They moved location to 13620 MAPLE AVE STE 802 FLUSHING, NY 11355-5169 Titan Medical Office is located in 41-61 Flushing Plaza, near HSBC Bank and Zhongmei Supermarket. Upon first entrance, it gives a very cozy, welcoming, and family-vibe. Like the other review had said, there are around 8-10 chairs in the waiting area, and it is a cozy layout. There are two front desk receptionists, who mainly speak Chinese but they speak English fine too. They're very friendly, and I have made chitchats with them upon visiting each time. On my first visit, I saw Dr. Tian, who was extremely thorough and careful. She explained and broke down medical terms for me, and discussed with me my recommended physical therapy exercises. She encouraged me to do home exercises and gave me print-outs of the exercises. I did not do therapy on my first visit, but I came back for a follow-up and a physical therapy session. I had an appointment beforehand, arrived on the dot, and was seen within 5 minutes. Each time, I make an appointment and I am seen within 10-15 minutes. I have tried nearly all of the therapists. They each have different techniques, but they are all very experienced. I made sure to tell them what I liked and what I didn't, and it made my experience very smooth. Also, there is an acupuncturist, but I passed on acupuncture because I am terrified of needles. However, my friend who I recommended to come here has tried acupuncture, and she thinks it is great and very relieving for her sore spots. Overall, I had a great experience here. The key is to communicate with everyone and let them know what I prefer and express my thoughts; they are very nice and did their best to accommodate me.
