The doctor’s office has been fine for me, and I have not had any issues during my visits. I am not sure about the comments regarding the front desk; it is possible that some people may have had a different experience. Management can certainly look into those concerns. However, I have noticed that many comments mention long waiting times. Waiting time is very common, especially when visiting a doctor. If you arrive without an appointment, it is reasonable to expect some waiting. Giving the front desk a little time and patience goes a long way—they will call you when it is your turn. I personally have not had any issues with the front desk, whether I visited with or without an appointment. The staff has always been professional and helpful. The doctor takes great care of patients and answers all questions thoroughly. Overall, I would encourage people to be patient and understanding, as this helps make the experience better for everyone.
