Dr. Madison Ophaug performed a root canal on my daughter, and overall she did a great job. The procedure itself was done well and professionally. However, I would like to share an important concern. After administering the numbing injection, the procedure began immediately without allowing enough time for the anesthesia to take effect. As many know, it can take about 10–15 minutes for the area to become fully numb, Because of this, my daughter experienced significant pain during the first part of the procedure. When I mentioned that my daughter did not seem numb, Dr Madison said to me that she was numb, even as my daughter was clearly expressing pain and saying “ouch.” This was very concerning. I kindly recommend allowing adequate time for the anesthesia to take effect and being more attentive to a patient’s signs of discomfort before beginning treatment. This small adjustment could make a big difference in the overall patient experience, especially for children.

Avoid this Dentist's Office at all costs! The service is absolutely terrible! I just needed a simple fix for a broken filling, but the experience was a nightmare. The staff is completely clueless. Before I came here, I had visited another dentist, so I knew exactly what needed to be done. The dentist didn’t even notice I needed two fillings, despite having my X-rays right in front of her. When I asked how she missed it, her response was that she was "very busy." That has to be one of the most unprofessional answers I’ve ever heard! To make things worse, she administered anesthesia incorrectly, and I think my lips were twisted. This has never happened to me before, and I've seen plenty of dentists. And the worst part? She didn’t even remove the broken filling. Instead, she just added material on top of it! How can someone be so careless? Once the anesthesia wore off, I could feel the filling cutting into my tongue. I honestly think this was the worst service I’ve ever experienced, from start to finish. Do yourself a favor—never go to this place!
