Greetings, Upon my arrival at Oak Street Health Center this morning, I was warmly welcomed by the receptionist. The intake coordinator and insurance specialist were also exceptionally professional, courteous, and helpful, making my experience very pleasant from the start. I also had the opportunity to meet with Dr. Tunisha Zaman, MD, for my introductory appointment. The visit went very well, and I was pleased with the care and attention provided. I look forward to returning for my follow-up appointment and continuing my care with Oak Street Health Center. Thank you to the entire team for such a positive experience.
