Sadly, a review update. After 4 months of establishing a relationship with a doctor I really enjoy, the overall experience is awful. It’s impossible to communicate with anyone. They use a messaging portal for every communication and it takes weeks to get anyone other than an automated response to even see your message. I am currently on week 5 of trying to get an appointment question answered. People will jump in and apologize through a message and say I’m here to help then disappear again. My doctor that I throughly enjoyed is apparently leaving Tia , I’ve asked for clarification and to see her before she leaves and I’ve been ghosted. The messaging has been a nightmare every time I’ve used it. It’s clearly a huge problem for patients and nothing seems to be changing. I’ve also had my appointments canceled last moment through messaging and no one to help. They do have a phone number but you can never get a person. My last option is to go to the office and see if I can get any help I suppose. It’s disappointing because its vision is amazing and was hoping for this to be a great experience. * first review- I had an amazing experience for my first time at Tia. My physician, Chelsea, was extremely focused on explaining everything, setting expectations, informing me on all the interest they can service or refer you out. Ask so many questions made suggestions and referrals. It feels great to be listened to and feel you have a physician and team ready to help you feel your best.
