I almost never write negative reviews, but this experience was unbelievable. I didn’t even make it through the door. I was calling as a referring provider. Their website clearly lists DMX as a service, so I called to confirm before sending a patient their way. A woman answered the phone sounding miserable from the start. I politely asked if they offered DMX. She put me on hold for twenty minutes. When she finally picked up again, she had no idea why I was calling and asked, “What do you need?” I explained — again — that I had asked about DMX. She then told me they do X-rays and asked what kind, even though I had already said it three times. Finally, she said, “No, we don’t do that type of X-ray.” So after wasting twenty minutes and dealing with attitude, I got the opposite answer of what’s advertised. If this is how they treat professionals trying to refer patients, I can’t imagine the experience patients get. Now I understand why the reviews are as low as they are.
