I do not know why there are any bad reviews. I had my MRI today. The front desk people were awesome. Friendly. Helpful. Very efficient. I couldn't have asked for more. They were kind of flawless, as was the technician. The tech person was great. She was informative, caring, compassionate, and even had a sense of humor, when I did. The service was exceptional. Also, my wait time was about 10-15 minutes at most. It was faster than most doctor's office. They even had all my paperwork done in advance. That's because I also followed their easy directions to do them online in advance of my appointment.

I had six visits at this location and Barbara in the reception area was very pleasant an professional. Marco and the other radiologist of whom I did not get his name were also both pleasant and professional. I would've rated them five stars But...they need at least one more radiologist on site...which is why I believe the wait times can be long.
