The Suffern office is a joke. Very unprofessional. Manager at this site has no idea what she is doing. This monitoring service has gone down hill. Seems they just don’t care about the patients and make you feel like they just want the numbers so they get paid

Boy have they gone downhill. They now don’t respond to messages and aren’t scheduling annual exams like they’re supposed to. They’re also supposed to schedule cancer screening tests annually and I’m currently 4 years overdue for mine. Last year after my annual exam instead of a follow up explaining my results they just mailed me a copy with comments that I had abnormal results. It didn’t say what those results were so it served zero purpose. You’d think they’d treat us responders better but it’s absolutely shameful how we are being treated.
