I hadn’t been to a dentist in quite some time, so I was a little nervous making an appointment with Dr. Avasa Jagan — but I’m so glad I did. I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly they were able to schedule me. The waiting area and office are beautifully set up and give off a very welcoming, homely vibe. I was greeted by the office manager, Diane, who has the most incredible personality and immediately put me at ease. Once I was called in, the team took my X-rays and was incredibly understanding of my fears, concerns, and goals. Dr. Jagan took the time to thoroughly explain everything and made sure all of my questions were answered. Her warmth, combined with her knowledge and skill, truly made this a positive experience. I would highly recommend Dr. Jagan and her team to anyone who has fears or anxiety about going to the dentist — she is definitely my go-to dentist moving forward!

Had an amazing appointment. I was so nervous and scared of going to the dentist but Dr. Jagan and her staff were so welcoming. Everyone there eased my nerves and made me feel comfortable. The front desk, think her name was Diane was so friendly and assured me the appointment would be great. She was right. Not sure of the assistant’s name but she was so nice and gentle while doing my X-rays. Then Dr. jagan came in. She sensed my anxiety and kept me calm throughout every part of the visit. She explained every step and took her time. I had such a wonderful experience there. I highly highly recommend. Plus the office is beautiful and smells great. I think they have some calming lavender scent all throughout the office. Excellent touch. If you are apprehensive or have anxiety about going to the dentist, Jagan dental is definitely the place to go!!!!
