The Dermatology Specialists - Mott Haven

The clinic is very clean and conveniently located near my new home however the telecommunication system is very poor I’d rate it a 1. They have an A.I answering service that is extremely rough to get through and the front desk clerk has a very passive aggressive dismissive attitude as if she doesn’t want to be to work or handle the customer service of the patients. She speaks very low and simply exudes a very low level attitude towards her patients. The front desk manager however has a very charming personality which makes it easier to talk and or want to visit this location again so kudos to her!

Great staff. Prompt service. Very flexible and accommodating to specific needs , and very knowledgeable specialist. I was provided answers to my questions and solutions to my particular issue.
