Came in to see Paul Benites .he was very impatient and dismisses of my concern. he saw me for less than 5 minutes and started walking out the door, didn't explain mutch to me but immediately offered me injection in my scalp, the prescription he gave me littereally have my scalp on fire!! To visit the ER NOW! He was most interested in selling me there 75 dollars hair growth formula. Do not for nutting see him if you go there..

The receptionists were very friendly and sweet, but the dermatologist Paul Benites was very dismissive of my skin concerns and didn't want to offer much help or a formal diagnosis for my skin issues. He seemed to be in a rush, and just wouldn't listen. I would not recommend anyone book with this place.

Front desk amazing staff; especially Ms.Kizzy will call your PCP and get the referral if needed. Definitely went above and beyond.

I felt so dismissed when I was trying to explain myself . he prescribed me a ton of medication and didn’t mention the side effects. So I ended up vomiting all over myself because of one of the medications. I found out the side effects after I googled it. The pamphlet did not come with information about side effects. They definitely need to take more time with their patients .I will not be returning. Sorry to say because it wasn’t all bad but they are a lot more dismissive lately and it’s so obvious

Doctors are great. In fact, Dr. Benites prescription cured my psoriasis I was suffered for 10y in weeks. Can't say the same about the stuff. Utterly unprofessional, mess up prescriptions all the time, forget about reaching them by phone. never return voice messages, etc.
