The office is very clean. The Receptionists very professional and helpful. The Provider's assistance very courteous and professional. The Provider explained to me clearly and direct to the point, after the examination. It was my first time at Dermatologist specialist and I had great impression. I can way for my Follow up appointment in 2 weeks....

Extremely disappointed at the lack of transparency demonstrated by this office. When going in for visits in 2023, I was assured specific treatment was completely covered by my insurance, only to get a notice from a debt collector three years later. My previous review on this matter was deleted as well as zero calls or communication from the billing department as to why false information was given and zero clarification provided. I would not have agreed to the services offered if they were not covered by insurance, nor was I given any notice that the balance was going to be transferred to me with an explanation. I am well aware of my benefits with no deductible or OOP due to the high premium I pay, so being billed for something that this office was negligent in checking before offering is ridiculous, as well as zero communication and the cover-up by this office.
