Trash facility and trash staff. They assume that because they're helping people who choose or have no choice to go to a clinic, that their patients do not value their own time. They never answer the phone, so it's hard to schedule an appointment, but you might as well just walk in because you're appointment time won't be honored. Don't ever agree to a "televisit" (phone appointment) because they will not call you at your scheduled appointment. If they call you at all, it will be at a random time because they must think you have all the time in the world.

The most incompetent staff and doctors. They don’t know how to type your name in the system, the don’t know how to order a prescription correctly, they all work like snails. Do not go there, find another clinic for your own sake.
