I would strongly recommend that you don't come to this rehab center, very poor attitude, and very poor service. Probably the worst service of all the doctor offices I had visited. Very disorganized with minimal communication between providers. The receptionist was very unprofessional, she didn't know how to check online referral for UHC, insisting that I needed to call my PCP to fax over the referral. I had to educated her and brought it up to her supervisor. The physical therapist was not even the one I got referred to see, she only asked me questions and not participated in subsequent treatment. The massager received education from China, he seemed like he knew what he was doing but I am questioning whether he has a license. The acupuncturist was a very rude and condescending woman, she came in assuming I had to know everything about the treatment course despite NO explanation was provided at all. She body-shamed me telling me why I still exercise with my body shape. She questioned me making me feel like idiot why I didn't undress (I didn't even know what to expect next, and asked me to undress right in front of her (no respect of privacy at all). After the acupuncture and electrotherapy, she came in talking to someone on phone and only removed the electrode pad and leave the needle in my body. She said that someone will remove my needle, but I waited 10 minutes and had to shout that I need help to get my needle removed. Afterward, no one told me when should I come back for follow-up or subsequent treatment. I would say the only pro I could think of is they take Walk-in patients, other than that they are the worst medical facility ever, never come here if you have a choice.
