I had such a wonderful experience at Professional PT! From the moment you walk in, the receptionist is so kind and welcoming; it really sets the tone. RB took the time to help me understand my injury and guided me through all the exercises. Christine was a lifesaver; she took on the complexity of my case with so much patience, constantly reevaluating to make sure I was progressing and succeeding in the rehab process. This is my first experience doing PT and my first injury. I was so lucky to have found a professional, dedicated and caring team. At first, I didn’t know what to expect, and I was right the way taken care of. I am making great and fast progress with my recovery, but I am also feeling well mentally as I can visualize how close I am getting to my goals. I highly recommend Professional PT of North Riverdale and their wonderful and welcoming atmosphere. The equipment is new, the space is clean and sanitary, everyone is very friendly, staff is accommodating for appointments, and all sessions start and end on time.
