I did have an issue at this location. Nothing to do with the therapist. The PT therapist was very professional and good at her job. I did receive a phone call from management promptly and the issue was resolved. Management was very concerned and professional , So I decided to go back again. I will Post future reviews. Thank you Dawn from management for resolving this matter and making me feel comfortable to return.
