TMG worked patiently to get me my medical clearance form on time for my surgery. Steve and Stephanie specifically went out of their way to reach me when communication was difficult due to me being out of the country. I truly appreciate this service and would recommend them for your medical clearance needs! Dr. Chopra explained my lab results and any risks in detail and I didn’t feel rushed.

I wish I could give 0 stars. This was the most horrible experience with Telehealth. I sent all my requested documents and still no response from this company so I never even got an appointment set for the virtual doctor visit!The coordinator, Stephanie never responded to emails and never called back to answer questions or concerns. In fact, most calls were forwarded to Stephanie’s voicemail.After 2 weeks of dealing with this, I finally requested a refund. And guess what? Stephanie said the company will be in touch with you regarding a refund and Still no email or notification saying anything was sent to me regarding a refund being discussed.This company needs more organization. I will never use this company again! I will keep calling them to get my refund. I paid $257 to have nothing done. Ridiculous!
