Marilyn at the front desk is an absolute horror she has no respect when speaking to her. Im trying to contact the manager due to her behavior she keeps telling me she no doesn’t know when he come into work. She told me in the morning the manager would be there in the afternoon. Its now almost 5 and she answered heard it was me left me on hold for 5 mins. Told me the manager didnt come in. I just want help my teeth are in bad shape and I cant even speak to. Manager.

My appointment was 13th May but they reappointed me on 8 May on excuse 13th May doctor not will be available. Fine today on schedule 11:30 I reached and wait till 1:30 that’s mean 2 hours but they not call me. At least I left for picking up my child from school. I think they appointed all patients together one day due to doctor not availability different day.
