Yes, I arrived around 15–20 minutes late to my last appointment, but before coming I called your office and informed your staff that I was running late. I was told that it was “okay” and that I could still come. However, once I arrived, I was immediately spoken to in a rude tone and aggressively questioned about why I was late. Out of respect, I did not argue and simply mentioned that I had family-related problems. What is disappointing is the double standard. This was already my third visit to your clinic, and during my first and second visits I personally waited 30–40 minutes beyond my scheduled appointment time before being seen. At those times, nobody apologized for wasting my time or showed concern about the delay. Another important point: I never came to your clinic asking for cosmetic work, implants, or multiple procedures. I came for one reason only — because I had a painful tooth that needed treatment. That was my only request from the beginning. Instead of treating the painful tooth, I was repeatedly told to come back every two weeks. More than 28 days passed while I continued dealing with pain, confusion, and unanswered questions. Even during my last visit, I was once again told to return two weeks later for the same painful tooth. At that moment, I became extremely frustrated and decided to leave immediately. I clearly stated that I would not return, that I did not want to be contacted anymore, and that I wanted my information removed from your system. Your response now talks about insurance approval and other teeth, but I do not remember asking for additional dental work. To be honest, this feels misleading. Nobody clearly explained the condition of my other teeth, nobody properly reviewed X-rays with me, and nobody clearly explained why my painful tooth could not simply be treated. I only asked for help with the tooth that was causing pain. From my perspective, I was continuously delayed, poorly informed, and treated unprofessionally. I left your clinic feeling confused, ignored, and disappointed. I have never experienced this kind of communication and treatment from a dental office before, and I am completely dissatisfied with my experience.
